I had a great time with family and my grandkids too. I live in the foothills and this is our front yard. Dirt when it's dry and mud when it's wet. My floors need to be kept clean.
Our side yard is where the deer visit. Dirt as you can see. Just today I cleaned floors. Is this a good excuse for cleaning and not quiting? It is to me.
I bought myself a kit, Flower Girl with Marmalade. I ordered the backing and binding from Hancocks of Paducah recently as they had free shipping and the yardage for $8.The kit does come with red but I love the orange of this line. I hope to get it made this next year. At my rate we will have to see, right?
During the holidays, in the US, the Hallmark channel and the Family channel TV have sappy, cute, love stories centered around Christmas. They could just as well make them at Valentines day too. I think you call them Chick Flicks.
Anyway I've been enjoying them and I began crocheting again. I have some of the Red Heart Soft and it is very nice to work with.
I did make a Christmas table runner and I will show you pictures tomorrow. You see it's a gift for my daughters birthday which was after Thanksgiving and I want to give it to her first, just in case she happens to read this. So I'll send out another post tomorrow.
